The conditions
Baseline is the Writing band on an official Test Report Form dated within the last six months. Sit an official test, including a One Skill Retake, within thirty days of completing. Attaches to Sprint Pro. First time IELTS candidates: the guarantee applies from your second official attempt.
The remedy
If your score does not move, choose a free extension of the programme, or we reimburse your One Skill Retake fee up to one hundred and fifty US dollars. If neither works, a full refund of the programme fee.
The One Skill Retake clock runs from your original test date, not from purchase. If yours is close, run the fourteen day pace, not the thirty.
